Telangana to set up education, farmers commissions for welfare, progress: CM Revanth
Revanth Reddy announced that the government would convene an all-party meeting.

He was interacting with the representatives of various social organizations and civil society at Dr BR Ambedkar Telangana Secretariat here.
The chief minister said that the education commission will develop strategies to fortify the educational system, while the farmer's commission will examine the complaints of peasants in the agricultural industry.
"Within hours of government's formation, the doors to Praja Bhavan and the Dharna Chowk at Indira Park were opened for people to address their grievances," Revanth Reddy remarked, highlighting the government's activities.
The chief minister said that an enormous number of applications from residents of Praja Palana have been received, as the government is dedicated to keeping all the promises made during the elections. Additionally, white papers on the state's power, irrigation, and economic sectors were released by the government. The impoverished have already benefited from the implementation of four of the six guarantees promised by the government, he added.
Regarding the welfare and rights of tenant farmers, Revanth Reddy announced that the government would convene an all-party meeting. The notion of introducing new legislation to safeguard the rights of tenant farmers was discussed by the chief minister and the representatives. āThe governmentās main objective is to extend the benefit to the helpless and, if required, the real beneficiaries should be provided more assistance,ā the chief minister said and announced that the crop insurance scheme would be fully implemented. He also emphasized the adoption of crop rotation schemes in the state and that farmers should adopt new methods to cultivate all crops.
Revanth Reddy said that the government is preparing plans to strengthen the schools and colleges in the state. SC, ST, BC, and Minority Gurukuls will be set up in an integrated campus on a sprawling 25 acres. The first integrated campus will be established in Kodangal as a pilot project and open such institutions in all the constituencies in a phased manner, he added.
The chief minister also said that the objective of the establishment of integrated campuses is to eliminate caste and religious discrimination. āThe new education facility will provide an opportunity for the students to excel in their studies, display their talent, and increase the spirit of competition among them. I want the management, supervision, and administration of Gurukuls to be done more effectively,ā he said.
On unemployment, the chief minister said that the government is committed to providing jobs to the unemployed. He said the hurdles created by the previous government had been removed, and the jobs had already been filled. Group-I and Mega DSC notifications have already been released. On the lines of UPSC, the Telangana State Public Service Commission will take up the recruitment process transparently, he said.
