Tolichowki man held for creating fake sale deed to grab land

Hyderabad: The CCS police arrested a person accused of creating a fake sale deed by showing a non-existing house number, land and survey number. The accused, Mustafa Kamaal Siddiqui, 45, a resident of Tolichowki, is said to have committed the crime with an intent to grab plot No.473-K-III and plot No.473-L-III, measuring 1,431 sq.yards owned by the Jubilee Hills House Building Co-operative Society Ltd. His associates Syed Ahmed Darmani and Haneef Ali Khan are absconding.
Siddiqui is said to be involved in eight cases, out of which three cases are in CCS, Hyderabad, three in Banjara Hills PS, and one each in Pahadisharief PS and Kandukur PS. The case is being investigated by D. Bhaskar Reddy, Inspector of Police, Team-IX, CCS, DD, Hyderabad, under the supervision of G. Biksham Reddy, ACP, D-Division and N. Mahender Addl. DCP, EOW and CCS, DD, Hyderabad.
