Trimulgherry: Woman killed, husband injured after RTC bus rams into bicycle
A woman riding a pillion on her husband’s bicycle was killed after a speedy RTC bus rammed into them in Trimulgherry police limits on Tuesday.

Hyderabad: A woman riding a pillion on her husband's bicycle was killed after a speedy RTC bus rammed into them in Trimulgherry police limits on Tuesday.
Police identified the victim as Khushbu Singh (32), who was on her way to work with her husband, Bharat Bhushan Singh (33).
The incident took place around 9.25 a.m. when Bharat Bhushan Singh, a native of Uttar Pradesh, was taking his wife Khushbu Singh to work on a bicycle.
The family had moved to Hyderabad in 2016 for better job prospects. They are residing at Lothkunta. The woman was working at a garment showroom at Trimulgherry.
"When the couple crossed MCEME Signal, an RTC Bus AP-28-Z-5331 dashed into his bicycle. They fell down and the bus ran over the woman. She died on the spot. Her husband too received wounds in the accident," said the police.
Trimulgherry police have booked the driver for causing death by negligence.
