TRS, AIMIM conspired in GHMC mayoral election: BJP
After not making it in the Greater Hyderabad Mayoral election, BJP said the dark deal between the TRS and AIMIM over the GHMC mayoral election has once again surfaced.

Hyderabad: After not making it in the Greater Hyderabad Mayoral election, BJP said the dark deal between the Telangana Rashtra Samithi and All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen over the GHMC mayoral election has once again surfaced.
"Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and Asaduddin Owaisi ties are exposed again. KCR, who had denied BJP's allegations of a secret pact between TRS and MIM during the last GHMC polls, today resorted to get political power with the support of the Majlis in the mayoral election. This is the culmination of KCR opportunist politics," said Bandi Sanjay Kumar, President, Telangana BJP.
With the help from AIMIM Corporators, the TRS candidate, Banjara Hills Corporator Gadwal Vijaylaxmi won the Mayor seat while Deputy Mayor seat was won by Tarnaka TRS Corporator Mothe Srilatha.
Asaduddin Owaisi in his tweet has mentioned that the TRS offered them the Deputy Mayor seat. "Congratulations to the newly elected Mayor & Deputy Mayor of GHMC. Hope that, under their leadership, Hyderabad will be taken to new heights and public works will be actively taken up in areas that need them the most, including the Old City of Hyderabad. I hope that GHMC will carry out its works with honesty & financial propriety. Also, appreciate TRS for offering us the Deputy Mayor's post," said Owaisi in his tweet.
BJP State President and Parliamentarian Bandi Sanjay also alleged that the CM has dramatized that he has no alliance though both the party and took advantage of the GHMC elections. " KCR fielded candidates in the old town to benefit AIMIM. Our allegations have now come true that the TRS has no intention of winning there if it avoids the malice of breaking up the Hindu vote bank. TRS would not have won even single-digit seats without an alliance between the two parties," said the BJP.
The saffron party president also added that doing the right politics requires an open alliance. KCR and Minister K.T.Rama Rao are leaders who have no credibility at all. KTR said, "Are you kidding me to make an alliance with AIMIM?" and what we can say about their alliance now.
Attacking the old city party, BJP also said that AIMIM is the party formed by Razakar leader Qasim Razvi. " It would be treason to justify or associate with the AIMIM party which conspired to make Hyderabad an independent country to defend the truth. The two parties have declared TRS and MIM as natural allies. Both parties are family parties. Although Majlis leader Akbaruddin Owaisi has openly said that the steering wheel of the TRS car is in our hands, the CM KCR does not have the guts to respond. The two parties are working together to destroy Bhagyanagar and Telangana. Conspiring to plunder the city of fortune," Bandi Sanjay added.
