Hyderabad: The Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation (TRSCL) has announced a public auction for 137 prime residential plots across three key locations in the Hyderabad metropolitan area.
According to Managing Director VP Gautham, the auction is scheduled for February 7 and 8, offering citizens a unique opportunity to own clear-titled land developed by the State government.
Which areas are up for public auction?
The available plots are situated in high-demand zones: Thorrur (near the ORR-Adibatla IT corridor), Bahadurpally (Medchal–Malkajgiri) and Kurmalguda (near Shamshabad Airport).
How are the lands priced?
The Corporation has set upset prices ranging from Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000 per square yard, significantly lower than prevailing market rates in these rapidly developing areas.
Auctioned lands will be ready for immediate construction
Gautham emphasised that these plots come with fully developed basic infrastructure, making them ‘plug-and-play’ sites for immediate home construction.
“These layouts offer excellent connectivity and the peace of mind that comes with government-verified, dispute-free titles,” the Managing Director stated.
Breakdown of prices as per location
Thorrur - 105 plots, plot size is 200 to 500 square yards for Rs 25000
Bahadurpally - 12 plots, plot size is 200 to 1,000 square yards, at Rs 27,000 for the general category, Rs 30,000 for corner plots
Kurmalguda - 20 plots, plot size is 200 to 300 square yards for Rs 20,000
When can public participate in the land auction?
Interested buyers must submit their Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) through Mee-Seva centres (Online/UPI) or via Demand Draft (DD) by the following deadlines:
Thorrur: EMD of Rs 2 lakh due by February 6. Auction dates: February 7 and 8.
Bahadurpally: EMD of Rs 3 lakh due by February 7. Auction date: February 8 (afternoon).
Kurmalguda: EMD of Rs 2 lakh due by February 7. Auction date: February 8 (afternoon).
