IG Vijay Kumar appointed new additional commissioner of Hyderabad traffic
The Hyderabad police commissioner, Anjani Kumar, on Friday appointed 1997 batch IPS officer Vijay Kumar as the new additional commissioner, traffic.

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad police commissioner, Anjani Kumar, on Friday appointed 1997 batch IPS officer Vijay Kumar as the new additional commissioner, traffic. Devender Singh Chauhan who was in charge of traffic was asked to hand over the complete charge to Vijay Kumar.
"In pursuance of Vijay Kumar, IPS, waiting in Chief Office, Hyderabad, who has been temporarily attached as Additional Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Hyderabad City till further orders, has reported for duty in this Office on November 25. Devendra Singh Chauhan, IPS, Additional Commissioner of Police, Law, and Order, Hyderabad City has requested to hand over the complete charge of Additional Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Hyderabad City to Vijay Kumar and report compliance. Vijay Kumar is requested to take the charge of Additional Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Hyderabad, and report compliance," said the commissioner in his order.
