Inside scoop on Bhaagamathies Hindi remake

Hyderabad: A lot of speculations are rife that Bollywood diva, Bhumi Pednekar will play the lead role in the Hindi remake of Tollywood Heroine Anushka's blockbuster film, Bhaagamathie. We have exclusive news confirming the rumours. It is rumoured that producers of Toilet Ek Prem Katha have bought the Hindi remake rights for Bhaagamathie.

Bhaagamathie was produced by Vamsi Krishna Reddy and Pramod Uppalapati under UV Creations banner and was directed by G Ashok. Sources from the production house have said, “Director Ashok is the one who has been keen on remaking the film in Hindi too. In fact, he has been in touch with the Bollywood producers for some time now and has played a vital role in this process to initiate talks. Ashok himself will be directing the film in Hindi, and this will mark his Bollywood directorial debut if everything goes as per the plans.”

For a while now, talks between the makers have been ongoing and it finally looks like the platform has been set for the Bhaagamathie remake Pednekar. Bhumi Pednekar will be stepping into the shoes of Anushka Shetty for this film in bollywood. An official confirmation is expected from the makers.

Bhumi and Taapsee Pannu’s Saand Ki Aankh will be releasing on October 25th, after which the actress is expected to be busy with Bala, an Ayushmanna starrer. After her work on Bala, the actress might likely begin shooting for this remake project.

Anushka Shetty performed really well for her role in Bhaagamathie film in tollywood. With Baahubali, she has become very popular top heroin in all over India, and globally too. So it is expected that once she is done with the Hindi remake, fans will be lining up to watch it.
