Being impotent is a medical disorder whereas being transgender is not. Since they identify as a woman, they witness a struggle between their mental and physical selves.

Visakhapatnam: A man is said to be impotent when his sexual organs are not functioning. This dysfunction can be caused due to defects at birth, or it can be an issue that is noticed after a sexual encounter with a woman.
This is considered as a physical disorder. With medical treatment, things can be brought to normal.
Without the right understanding of impotence, many think that transgenders as eunuchs. People have a superstitious belief that since their organs don't work properly they turn into women.
Transwomen and gays are not impotent. They just think and feel like women and there is nothing wrong with their sexual organs. People think that love and physical attraction happens only between a man and a woman. Since a transwoman is also a woman, love and attraction happens between her and a man.
If a transwoman's sexual organs don't function, then how does she get physically attracted to a man? If people can come out of the illusion that attraction is something that happens only between bodies of two opposite types, then they will understand that we are not eunuchs.

Since the body and mind are not on the same level, transpersons go through hell living with their bodies. Hence transwomen undergo gender reassignment surgery along with hormonal changes but this is not because the male sexual organs don't work.
There is a passage about the eunuchs in the Bible. The pastors must analyze this note carefully and preach it. Without a clear understanding of the subject, they are preaching that transwomen are equivalent to eunuchs. And yet it comes to preaching the other passages in the Bible they are good at it.
The issue of erectile dysfunction is something that men face, for which there is treatment. However, people have to understand that being impotent is different from being a transwoman.
