IT searches properties of Ex- TDP Minister Prathipati Pulla Rao's son

Hyderabad: Income tax sleuths carry out searches against properties owned by former TDP minister Prathipati Pulla Rao' s on Sharat Prathipati.
This comes in continuation with the searched against Income P. Srinivas Rao, the former personal secretary of Ex-Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu.
The latter( referring to Sharat) owns Avexa Corporation Private limited. The company that provides infrastructure development and construction services, has two directors currently onboard -Kurra Jogheswara Rao and Sarath Prathipati.
Notably, Ex-Minister Pattipati Pulla Rao was booked by the Andhra Pradesh Crime Investigation Bureau in the Amaravati Land scam.
A case under section 420 (cheating ), 506 r/w 120-B and section 3 (1) (g) & (p) of SC, ST (POA) Amendment Act 2015, has been registered against Bellankonda Narasimha Rao and two former minister P. Narayana, besides Prathipati Pulla Rao.
The police were acting upon a complaint by Pothiraju Bujji who accused the trio of cheating her by obtaining her signatures on papers and creating fake documents. The latter is accused of occupying her land.
