Junior artist accuses Tollywood actor Raghava Lawrence's brother of sexual harassment

Hyderabad: A junior artist from Tollywood has accused prominent Tollywood choreographer, director and actor, Raghava Lawrence's brother Vinod of sexually harassing her. The junior artist also complained to the SC/ST commission in Basheerbagh.

The junior artist, who is from Warangal, said that Vinod had earlier proposed her. However, after she rejected him, Vinod began harassing her. As the junior artist came forward and spoke to the media, she said that Vinod has been trapping a lot of female artists in the name of love for sexual favours. She had approached the West Marredpally police station in order to register a complaint against him. She also said that this has been happening since 2006 when the movie 'Style' released.

She also went on to say the police had instead slapped cases on her. "The police acted upon the wishes of Lawrence and did not pay heed to my complaint. The officer also sent her to jail. I had filed complaints in many police stations but Lawrence had managed to silence all of them," she said.

She also added that few people have been following her from the past few days and she has a threat to her life from Lawrence's brother.

Raghava Lawrence as of now is busy with Akshay Kumar starrer, Laxmi Bomb. The film also features Kiara Advani.
