Less than 24 hours after Vet Doc case, another charred body of woman found near Shamshabad

Hyderabad: In not less than 24 hours of a woman veterinarian was gang-raped and murdered yet another charred body of a 35-year-old woman was found near Shamshabad of Cyberabad police Commissionerate.

While police claimed of solving Veterinarian doctor rape and murder case and arresting four accused locals found a burnt body near Siddula Gutta of Shamshabad on Friday evening. Cops found the charred body near a temple on the roadside. The dead body of the woman is yet to be identified. The location is three kilometres away from Tondupally where veterinarian doctor was murdered.

Cyberabad Commissioner of Police V C Sajjanar said, "The body was found in an open area on the outskirts of Shamshabad. We shifted the body to the hospital mortuary for post mortem examination.”

Shamshabad Assistant Commissioner of Police Ashok Kumar said “Around 9.00 pm we have received information from the control room. By that time, our men reached the spot; we found the body burning. Four locals who informed 100 told us they were returning from shooting and found the body burning. They tried to douse the fire with a blanket. We will investigate the case to find out whether it is a suicide or homicide.”
