Hyderabad: Abraham & Thakore, a brand celebrated for its minimalist aesthetic, has opened its first flagship store in Hyderabad.

Located on the ground floor of Signature Tower, this 1,093-square-foot space introduces the brand's distinct blend of traditional craft and modern design to the city's fashion scene.

The store debuts with Abraham & Thakore's Autumn/Winter collection, `Parallel Universe’, which explores alternate realities through innovative design.

The collection features a variety of fabrics, including soft silks, crinkled seersucker, and fluid chanderi, adorned with motifs inspired by time travel. The contemporary silhouettes, paired with these textiles, are designed to blend seamlessly into everyday life while offering a touch of the extraordinary.

"Hyderabad, with its profound cultural and textile heritage interwoven with a fresh, dynamic energy, presents an exhilarating opportunity for us. This vibrant city allows us to showcase our enduring commitment to traditional craft and weaving, now articulated through a modern, contemporary voice," said designers David Abraham and Rakesh Thakore.

The store’s design reflects the brand's core principles of clean, craft-driven, and contemporary fashion.

Designed by Saurabh Dakshini, founder and principal architect of Studio Organon, the space is defined by a disciplined use of geometric layouts and grids, all within the brand's iconic black-and-white palette. The flooring, a modern take on retro Terrazzo layouts, adds to the store's refined and sophisticated ambiance.

In addition to its fashion collections, the Hyderabad store highlights the Abraham & Thakore Home collection. This range includes tussar bed linens with Ikat and Kantha crafts and porcelain bowls with bandhani designs, offering products that merge traditional craftsmanship with modern elegance.

The decision to open a store in Hyderabad aligns with Abraham & Thakore's strategy to expand their presence in markets that resonate with their brand ethos.

Over the next two financial years, the brand plans to further grow through new retail stores and a strengthened online platform, aiming to create a seamless brand experience that connects with both new and existing customers.

Abraham & Thakore’s Hyderabad store is now open at Signature Tower, where visitors can explore the latest collections and experience the unique blend of traditional craft and contemporary design that defines the brand.
