Set on nine acres of lush green, Oro Sports Village harmonizes nature and elegance. It is the destination for all lifestyle needs – be it outdoor activities, partaking in epicurean delights, or celebrating special moments. Oro Sports is the hospitality and venue partner for most of Team Enigma's events. The venue offers bespoke experiences to allow people to appreciate an active lifestyle away from digital distractions.
Team Enigma's 5th fitness retreat focused on yoga and celebrate the physical and spiritual prowess that yoga has brought to the world. Team Enigma believes that while yoga is an important source of exercise and healthy activity for millions who practice it daily, for many, these routines are a way to connect the body, mind, and soul in a way that has existed for centuries. Yoga is considered to be an ancient practice that originated 5,000 years ago in India. Yoga was developed as a way to interconnect the mind, body, and soul to step closer to enlightenment.
Team Enigma was founded by two women – Jaspreet Kaur and Deepshika Reddy – with the intention to offer a good holistic wellness platform. "We want people to experience different forms of fitness like yoga, strength and conditioning, de-stresses, meditation, high-intensity workouts, breathing techniques, mindfulness, and other wellness topics. We want you to break out of your routine and take time off for your body and want you to reflect, rejuvenate and recharge while focusing on improving your health and well-being which will help you to strengthen your mind and body," they said.
The Team conducts retreats for groups, corporates, and individuals looking to get re-energised and re-engaged. "We conduct retreats in remote locations, away from the hustle and bustle of the city with fresh air, physical activity, and nutritious food leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take whatever life brings your way," said Jaz and Deepshika.
