Our gastronomic expedition began with the Ghee Karam Dosa, a treat for spice lovers. It arrives adorned with a flavorful red spice powder and ghee, setting the tone for the meal.

Next on the list was the Akukura Dosa, a Rayalaseema breakfast staple. This dosa incorporates amaranth leaves into its batter and is generously topped with a classic potato mixture, accompanied by delectable sambar and chutney.

For those with a penchant for non-vegetarian fare, the Chicken Keema Dosa is a must-try. It features a mouthwatering stir-fried chicken keema paired with spicy chutney and sambar, a symphony of flavors in every bite.

Ragi Sankati and Chicken Curry

Uggani Bajji: A Flavorful Snack

Uggani Bajji, a popular breakfast and snack, showcased puffed rice seasoned with subtle spices. Served alongside mirchi (green chili) bajji, it's a flavorful snack that leaves a lasting impression.

Sweet Farewell with Oliga

To round off our culinary voyage, we savored Oliga, a traditional dessert featuring flatbreads stuffed with a mixture of jaggery and lentils. It's a sweet and satisfying conclusion to a remarkable meal.
