Hyderabad: Popular biryani and kebab chain Paradise Food Court has launched a new culinary initiative celebrating the diversity of Indian flavours through its NH44 Kebab Festival.

Inspired by National Highway 44—the longest highway in India—the festival offers a curated selection of kebabs representing regions the highway passes through, from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.

Kebabs along India’s longest highway

NH44 stretches from Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir to Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu, cutting through states like Punjab, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Paradise’s new festival draws inspiration from this route to serve region-specific kebabs in all its outlets nationwide.

“We wanted to go beyond just food and tell a story—one that connects people across the country through taste,” said Robinder Singh, COO, Paradise Food Court. “This festival marks Paradise growing beyond Hyderabad as a national sentiment.”

From Patiala to Salem: Regional flavours on one platter

The NH44 Kebab Festival features a variety of chicken and vegetarian kebabs, each rooted in a distinct regional identity. Highlights include:

• Zafrani Kalmi Kebab (Jammu & Kashmir)

• Patiala Tangdi Kebab (Punjab)

• Peshawari Tangdi Kebab (Delhi)

• Bhuna Chicken Tikka Kebab (Uttar Pradesh)

• Reshmi Malai Kebab (Madhya Pradesh)

• Guntur Chicken Tikka Kebab (Andhra Pradesh)

• Nilgiri Chicken Tikka Kebab (Telangana)

• Salem Chicken Tikka Kebab (Tamil Nadu)

Vegetarian options such as assorted paneer kebabs are also included for broader appeal.

Spices from across India

According to Swatantra Gautam, vice president – Culinary at Paradise Food Court, the dishes are made with carefully sourced spices to retain their authentic regional essence.

“This festive season, Paradise brings a special treat to all its outlets across cities, offering regional favourites made with handpicked spices sourced from across the country,” he said.

Available at all Paradise outlets

The NH44 Kebab Festival is being rolled out across all Paradise Food Court branches in India. It will be available for dine-in, takeaway, and online delivery.
