Hyderabad: Forget the city's bistros which serve the same dishes without any bold experimentation.

Cream Centre, a legendary 63-year-old culinary business house, has recently debuted in Knowledge City, serving world-class food.

When you enter the restaurant multicuisine Indian, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, and Continental platters welcome you. The regional street food sizzlers, mocktails, and desserts just blow your mind.

The restaurant only opened 40 days ago and it is already bustling with customers, some of whom have quickly become regulars.

You can begin your gourmet journey with an appetizer, Cheese Nachos. The crisp nacho chips are enrobed in a glossy cheese glaze, a distinctive trademark of the brand and a rarity in Indian eateries. Instead of drowning the snack in an overly cheesy coating, as is common in bistros, the thin veil of creamy cheese preserves the crunchiness of the nachos. It's a sumptuous start, topped with slices of capsicum and served with a salsa dip.

Onion Rings served in a twisted fashion, is another highlight. Their flavor is heightened with a dusting of chaat masala after they are coated with a mild-spicy batter and deep-fried to a golden brown. Given Hyderabad's underserved street-food culture, the dine-in intends to serve regional staples such as Golgappa, Pav Bhaji, Honey Chilli Potato, Awadhi Samosa Chaat, Sev Batata Puri, Punjabi Paneer Tikka, and more.

The renowned Bambaiya Ragada Pattice is a filling cutlet stuffed with finely chopped beans, carrots, and peas, served with a white peas curry that will take you to street-side chaat shops. A platter of fresh paneer cubes, followed by the Paneer Tikka, allows you to appreciate the creamy dairy product. The tikka will amaze you with its smokey flavor, which is enhanced with mint chutney and onion.

When it comes to Chinese food, their Schezwan Vegetable Bao is a must-try. It's a soft bun encased in a gooey mixture of veggies swirled in five sauces, resulting in a smorgasbord of flavors ranging from sweet and savory to salty and umami.

Their amply-sized Bhatura with Chole is also a fan favorite. It may be the biggest Bhatura you've ever seen. "We made it without maida (refined flour) because people want healthier options and want to eat it every day. We also have Spinach Bhatura," explains Abhishek M, Cream Centre Hyderabad's Managing Director.

Biryanis, pizzas, pasta, and kulchas are among the main course alternatives for fans of foreign cuisine. Your culinary journey can be concluded with their classic Brownie Sundae, a delectable plated dessert that sizzles with hot chocolate poured over a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a nutty brownie. A sprinkle of cashews boosted the sensory experience to ecstatic heights, compelling you to return for more foreign delicacies and platters.
