Hyderabad: Firestone Grill, Beyond Buffet, opened its doors at the Lulu Mall in Hyderabad, offering a diverse menu of 168 food items, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, with a special focus on desserts.

Firestone Grill distinguishes itself with a unique culinary approach, utilizing 100 per cent volcanic stone-based cooking, aimed at reducing fat content without compromising the natural flavours of the dishes while eliminating tasting salts such as Ajinomoto or MSG.




The restaurant boasts a state-of-the-art ambience, featuring the latest decor, lighting, and cascading platforms and canopies that enhance the overall dining experience.

Gautam, a partner at Firestone Grill, expressed the philosophy behind their culinary offerings during the inaugural ceremony, stating, “Ours is a volcanic lava stone-based cooking to reduce fat and enhance health, keeping the natural flavours intact.” He highlighted the restaurant’s commitment to health-conscious cooking, ensuring a fresh and distinct taste in their dishes.

The extensive menu at Firestone Grill comprises a range of categories, including welcome drinks, soups, salads, vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters, main courses for both preferences, accompaniments, Indian bread, and a delightful selection of desserts.

Gautam further shared insights into one of their specialities, saying, “One of our specialities is the cabbage and apple-based salad that is a first of its kind. It has a distinct taste with a fresh flavour served with five different sauces and a dash of green Mint chutney and red chutney.”

He went on to mention the global culinary expertise of their chefs, stating, “Our cooks have worked on different cruises around the world and have expertise in all the authentic and original cuisines, including French and Mexican.”

The menu has also been thoughtfully modified to cater to the preferences of Andhra and Telangana food lovers, with a conscious decision to exclude beef and pork, offering options like chicken, mutton, and fish.

Looking ahead, Gautam outlined their expansion plans, saying, “We have a target of starting another 15 units in Andhra and Telangana in the next three years.”

Firestone Grill operates from 11 am to 11 pm, aiming to serve its esteemed customers with a culinary experience that blends health-conscious cooking with a diverse and flavourful menu.

The chief guest at the inauguration was Tummala Nageswara Rao, Minister for Agriculture, Marketing Co-operation, and Handloom & Textiles. Also present at the event was Dr Matta Ragamayee, MLA, Sathupalli.
