Man seeks child's custody for 1 day, clerk demands bike for himself and Rs 15 lakh for Judge

Hyderabad: Alok Vardhan Singh, a resident of Kavadiguda in Hyderabad, is going through a divorce. He has filed a petition at the City Civil Court seeking the custody of his child for one day, on account of birthday.
Alok met Bojja Rama Krishna, 44, working as a senior assistant at the additional family court in Ranga Reddy. The bench clerk demanded a motorcycle for himself and Rs 15 lakh for the ājudgeā for not only granting the childās custody for a day but also for a judgment in his favour.
Singh man filed a complaint with the Anti-Corruption Bureau, who trapped Bojja Krishna on Tuesday.
āBojja Rama Krishna demanded an undue advantage in the form of motorcycle for himself and Rs 15 lakh to the judge as bribe from the complainant Alok Vardhan Singh. The bench clerk demanded a bribe for securing an order from S. Sreevani, district judge, Additional family court, city civil court complex ā Hyderabad in favour of the complainant," said an official statement of the ACB.
The man was produced before the special court hearing ACB cases.
