Manish Pachouly is an author and a seasoned journalist with more than two decades of experience in print media. He has worked with major publications, including Mid Day, The Times of India Group, and Hindustan Times, where he headed the crime and legal team. He specialised in investigative stories and has widely covered the Central Bureau of Investigation, Income Tax, Customs, DRI, Narcotics Control Bureau, and Enforcement Directorate. He has also extensively handled crime, court, and defence beats and reported on gold and diamond markets as well. He has authored two books. The first was ‘The Sheena Bora Case’, which was on the high-profile murder case that had rocked the nation. The second book, titled ‘Cartel: The New-Age Narcos’, about the Narcotics Control Bureau’s war against the rising drug menace, was released recently.
