Mohan Babu turns Navy officer for Aakasam Nee Haddura

Recently, the makers have announced that the veteran actor will be seen as a Senior Air Force Official. His character is named Bhakthavatsalam Naidu, which happens to be his original name. The actor will play Suriya’s mentor in the film.
The makers have already released the posters of Mohan Babu in the film, looking dynamic in an Air Force Uniform, which has garnered a huge response from his fans. Actor Suriya even took to Twitter and expressed his gratitude to work with Mohan Babu. According to the sources, the scenes between Mohan Babu and Suriya came out really well and will be one of the major highlights of the film.
The film directed by Sudha Kongara is based on the life of Captain GR Gopinath, founder of the budget airline, Air Deccan. While Aparna Balamurali will play the female lead, Bollywood actors Jackie Shroff and Paresh Rawal will be seen in crucial roles too.
The film is jointly bankrolled by Suriya under 2D Entertainments and is a maiden production by Bollywood producer, Guneet Monga. The film’s music is composed by GV Prakash Kumar while Niketh Bommireddy is handling the cinematography. The film is slated to release on April 9th. Meanwhile, the 69-year-old actor has recently revealed that his son Manchu Vishnu is working on to produce a film on ‘Bhakta Kannappa’.
Meanwhile, Vishnu is working on producing a film on ‘Bhakta Kannappa’. One of his most ambitious projects which will be made on a budget of Rs 60 crore. The news has already made a positive buzz in the industry and an official announcement regarding the cast and crew is expected soon.
