Mozzamjahi Market to re-open on August 15

Principal Secretary, Urban Development. IAS Arvind Kumar, published on his official Twitter account that the market would be opened for public on the occasion of Independence Day.
"Itās Aug 15!! Renovated #MJMarket will be opened for us all," he wrote.
The heritage structure of Mozzamjahi Market was constructed in 1935 under the rule of the last Nizam, Mir Osman Ali Khan, and was named after his second son- Mozzam Jah.
The Nizam-era market had been closed for renovation since April 2018. Restoration works on the heritage structure were completed by the GHMC in March.
