No bias! Cops fine a police vehicle for driving on the wrong side

A twitter user had shared a picture of the police vehicle which was spotted driving the wrong side in Uppal Inner Ring Road. From the picture, the Rachkonda police spotted a number of the car and by evening they issued an E-challan. The police vehicle was fined Rs. 1135 for the offence.
The tweet by the Rachkonda Police Read, āResponding to the Citizen complaint (through social media) #Rachakonda_Police Imposed #fine to police vehicle for #Wrong_side_driving near Uppal Inner Ring road today (sic).ā
The Rachkonda Police said that the driver on duty will pay the fine. This step by the Rachkonda police was appreciated by Twitterati
A twitter user said, āNamaste sir, once again shown that all r equal in front of law.ā
Mr Kashi Vishwanath, an officer with the Uppal Traffic police, while speaking to NewsMeter said that āWe have informed the driver about this and he will be paying the fine. We donāt recommend such wrong side driving, so he has been fined by us."
