A boy's cute letter to KTR hastens footpath work in his street in Boudh Nagar

The boy's letter was shared by his uncle on Twitter which caught the attention of KTR. The minister shared the same requesting the Zonal Commissioner of Secunderabad to address the complaint personally.

Hyderabad: A little boy named Karthikeya on January 29 wrote a letter to Telangana Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MAUD) Minister KT Rama Rao seeking a footpath in his street in Boudh Nagar in Secunderabad.

Karthikeya in his letter wrote, "Sir KTR, I am from Boudh Nagar, Ramalayam temple's backside street ERTIGA car no: TSIOEW2909 car colour blue. Sorry to say this complaint House no: 12-11-365/A. Our street GHMC men say we will put a footpath by digging, they dig but not put the footpath please sir."


The boy's letter was shared by his uncle on Twitter which caught the attention of KTR. The minister shared the same requesting the Zonal Commissioner of Secunderabad to address the complaint personally. Sharing the boy's letter, KTR tweeted, "Cute but serious complaint from young Karthikeya! Request Zonal Commissioner, Secunderabad to address this personally and send me a pic of the complainant with you."


Within two hours, the Zonal Commissioner, Secunderabad visited the boy and interacted with him and his family members. He assured them that the already sanctioned footpath work will begin from Monday. He also shared a photo of him with the boy on Twitter.

KTR thanked the Zonal Commissioner for his immediate action.
