Arrangements in place for Telangana Rising Global Summit at Future City near Hyderabad 

Hyderabad: Telangana is gearing up to showcase its global economic ambitions as the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 will be held on December 8 and 9 at Bharat Future City, with the participation of top industrialists, global policy experts, academics and international institutional representatives from across the world.

The two-day mega summit will act as a strategic platform to define Telangana’s long-term economic growth, investment roadmap and technology partnerships.

27 thematic sessions on growth sectors

A total of 27 exclusive panel discussions will be held over two days, covering critical future-oriented sectors including: Energy & Green Mobility, IT & Semiconductors, Healthcare & Education, Tourism & Urban Infrastructure, Agriculture & Industrial Development, Women Entrepreneurship, Gig Economy & Social Welfare, and Startups & Innovation Ecosystem.

The sessions aim to unlock fresh investments, strengthen global collaborations and drive innovation-led growth.

Global financial and development institutions on board

Delegations from leading international organisations such as the World Health Organization (WHO), World Bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB) and UNICEF will take part in the summit.

In addition, senior leadership from global and Indian corporates including TERI, BCG, Micron India, Hitachi Energy, O2 Power, Greenko, Apollo Hospitals, IIT-Hyderabad, NASSCOM, Safran, DRDO, Skyroot Aerospace, Dhruva Space, Amul, Laurus Labs, GMR, Tata Realty, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, Deloitte, CapitaLand, Swiggy, AWS, RED Health, PVR INOX, Sikhya Entertainment and Taj Hotels will participate.

Sports Icons in Olympic Gold Quest Session

India’s top sporting legends P.V. Sindhu, Anil Kumble, Pullela Gopichand, Gagan Narang and Jwala Gutta will feature in the special ‘Olympic Gold Quest’ session, focusing on high-performance sports, talent nurturing and India’s global sporting ambitions.

Cinema, soft power and creative economy take spotlight

The summit will also highlight India’s soft power through a special session titled ‘Creative Century – Soft Power & Entertainment’. Filmmakers S.S. Rajamouli, Sukumar, Guneet Monga, actor-producer Riteish Deshmukh, and film critic Anupama Chopra will deliberate on the global expansion of Indian cinema and creative industries.

CM personally overseeing mega event

The entire summit is being conducted under the direct supervision of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, with state ministers and senior officials from all departments coordinating logistics, security and delegate management.

The Chief Minister has instructed officials to organise the summit on the lines of the World Economic Forum at Davos. He has held multiple high-level review meetings to ensure international standards in planning and execution.

Vision 2047 document to be unveiled on December 9

On the second day of the summit, December 9, the Telangana government will unveil the flagship ‘Telangana Rising 2047 Vision Document’.

This document outlines a long-term roadmap to build Telangana into a $3 trillion economy by 2047, coinciding with 100 years of India’s Independence.

Long-term Investment and Innovation Blueprint

The Telangana Rising Global Summit will serve as a comprehensive planning platform to chart out future investments, global technology tie-ups, policy reforms and sector-wise growth strategies, positioning Telangana as a leading global investment destination over the next two decades.
