`One Family–One Entrepreneur’: CM Naidu hard sells new growth model to investors at WEF

Davos: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has said the Andhra Pradesh government’s “One Family–One Entrepreneur” initiative is aimed at ensuring inclusive development by making every household a stakeholder in growth.

Naidu also asserted that India is today the safest and most preferred destination for global investments.

Addressing multiple sessions and high-level meetings on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting here, the Chief Minister outlined Andhra Pradesh’s development vision anchored in entrepreneurship, technology-driven productivity, and improved quality of life.

One Family–One Entrepreneur: Growth for All

Participating in a dedicated WEF discussion, Naidu said development should not be confined to a few sections and that every family should have the opportunity to participate as an entrepreneur.

He noted that as India advances by leveraging technology to strengthen the productive sector, citizens must seize opportunities to build enterprises.

He said the State is supporting startups through the Ratan Tata Innovation Hub, encouraging MSMEs, promoting women entrepreneurs, and implementing the P-4 system to reduce poverty by handholding the underprivileged to achieve their goals.

Several entrepreneurs at Davos lauded the initiative, stating that the policy would accelerate rural development and broaden the benefits of growth across all sections of society.

India: Safest Destination for Foreign Investment

Inaugurating the India Lounge themed “Partner with India”, the Chief Minister said countries across the world are increasingly looking to India amid rapid economic transformation. He called for a “Team India” approach guided by the spirit of “Nation First.”

Naidu expressed confidence that India will become the world’s third-largest economy within two years and the largest by 2047, crediting the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for showcasing India’s capabilities globally.
