Phogat wrestles place in Tokyo Olympics 2020

Displaying top-notch performance over US top wrestler Sarah Hildebrandt in the World Wrestling Championships in Kazakhastan, Vinesh Phogat won the match against Hildebrandt with an 8-2 victory.
The wrestler from Haryana made a mark from the start and beat Sarah by a six-point margin. The Asian Games gold medallist is now a win away from clinching her maiden medal at the World Championships.
Later today, Vinesh will take on two-time world medallist Maria Prevolaraki of Greece for the bronze medal match.
Meanwhile, Seema Bisla suffered a 3-11 loss to Ekaterina Poleshchuk in the second round of repechage in the 50kg category. With this loss, Seema missed the Olympic quota.
