Amaravati: TDP national president and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Sunday decried the "midnight demolition" of former minister Ch. Ayyanna Patrudu's house wall in Narsipatnam.
Mr. Naidu said the latest attack on the residence of the TDP senior leader was part of the Jagan Reddy government's vendetta against the Opposition leaders.
In a statement, the TDP chief said the Chief Minister was attacking TDP's BC leaders all over the state and fabricated cases were being filed against them. He said the attack on Mr. Patrudu's house took place only because he exposed the YSRCP regime's failures at the Chodavaram Mini Mahanadu. Out of frustration, the ruling party attacked the TDP leader, he alleged.
Mr. Naidu asserted that Jagan had no courage to answer the questions raised by Mr. Patrudu. This way why the CM was resorting to demolitions. The TDP will stand by Mr. Patrudu's side in this critical hour, he added.
