SHO Bhainsa had rejected the permission of the petitioner. Later, the rejection order was furnished in the Court. Suryakaran Reddy, Senior counsel for the petitioner informed the Court that they will come up with a fresh writ petition challenging the rejection order.
Samala Ravinder, Government Pleader for Home, placed a report of the TS Intelligence Department before the Judge. It stated that if permission is accorded to the RSS for the programme, miscreants will mingle within the group, which may lead to law and order issues. Keeping in view the precedents of communal incidents in Bhainsa, the GP prayed to the Court, not to pass any order in favor of the pepetitioner. Justice B. Vijaysen Reddy returned the report of the Intelligence Department to the GP for Home. He asked him to furnish it to the Court when the petitioner files a fresh petition
