Daughter revolts against Mudragada, disapproves father’s comments on Pawan Kalyan
Kranthi said that the YSRCP leaders are exerting every effort to stop Pawan Kalyan from winning in Pithapuram

Kranthi posted a 58-second video on social media to express her severe disapproval of her father’s recent comments on Jana Sena Party president Pawan Kalyan.
“Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is disparaging Pawan Kalyan through my father. After the elections are completed, I have no doubt that YS Jagan will abandon my father. I vehemently disagree with my father’s statements and will support Pawan Kalyan,” Kranthi said.
‘Every effort to stop Pawan’
Kranthi further said that the YSRCP leaders are exerting every effort to stop Pawan Kalyan from winning the Pithapuram Assembly seat. She said that the accusations made against Pawan Kalyan were made using Mudragada as a weapon.
“My father vowed to defeat Pawan Kalyan and expel him from Pithapuram as part of the challenge. My father even wanted to alter his name from Padmanabham to Mudragada Padmanabha Reddy, but I didn’t understand why. What was he hoping to achieve with these comments? My father’s supporters are not endorsing him for his disparaging words on the Jana Sena chief,” Kranthi said.
Mudragada’s daughter also said that her father joined the YSRCP and may work hard for the victory of Pithapuram MLA candidate Vanga Geetha.
“It is not at all correct on the part of my father to degrade Pawan Kalyan and his followers for his political gains. I will strive hard for the victory of Pawan Kalyan in Pithapuram,” she said.
Mudragada slams TDP-Jana Sena-BJP alliance
Reacting to Kranthi’s comments, Mudragada condemned her remarks against him and came down heavily on the TDP-Jana Sena-BJP leaders for provoking her to make such comments.
“Politics and family are different. I joined the YSRCP intending to make YS Jagan Mohan Reddy the chief minister for the second time. I am not the person who looks for posts and I will work as an activist for the YSRCP,” Padmanabham said.
