Hyderabad: Telangana Pradesh Congress committee president Mahesh Kumar Goud and irrigation and civil supplies Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy urged party leaders and cadres to work hard and ensure the party’s victory in Medak-Nizamabad-Adilabad-Karimnagar Graduates’ constituency.

Prestige issue for Congress

Mahesh Kumar Goud went to Karimnagar and mobilized cadres to ensure the victory of the party nominee. Uttam Kumar emphasized that these elections are highly prestigious for the party and will serve as a stepping stone for upcoming local body polls.

Addressing public representatives from the erstwhile Karimnagar district through a video conference, Uttam Kumar Reddy provided a clear roadmap for the elections. Ministers Duddilla Sridhar Babu and Ponnam Prabhakar, MLC T. Jeevan Reddy, Government Whip Aadi Srinivas, MLAs K Satyanarayana, Raj Thakur, Dr. Sanjay, Velichala Rajender Rao, Medipalli Satyam, Vadithala Pranav, SUDA Chairman Komatireddy Narendra Reddy, and Government Advisor Harkal Venugopal Rao were present at the meeting.



Grass root mobilization

In a meeting held in the last two, senior Congress leaders and district presidents have been urged to mobile people at the grassroots level.

Mahesh Kumar Goud participated in the nomination filing of Congress candidate Narendra Reddy.

“These elections will serve as a rehearsal for the upcoming local body polls. If we capitalize on the momentum from this election, Congress can secure a landslide victory in MPTC and ZPTC elections,” Uttam Kumar said.

He called on the party cadre and leadership to be proactive and ensure every vote was secured. "If our grassroots machinery is actively engaged, victory will be smooth and assured," he asserted.

Political dominance

Senior Congress leaders are urging all the supporters and cadre to step forward for local body elections, stating that Congress needs strong representation at all levels to maintain its political dominance.

Highlight recruitment

Leaders urged to highlight that after a decade-long gap, the Congress government successfully recruited over 11,000 teachers and filled over 55,000 government vacancies in one year, benefiting students and the youth.

The government’s efforts in employment generation, welfare schemes, and governance reforms should be widely publicized to strengthen the party’s outreach, which is the tagline for all leaders to spread the message on the ground.

Unresolved issues

Unresolved issues that need immediate attention must be brought to the government, and party notice urged all the leaders.
