For every 30 families, 'Saradhi' has been appointed who will not only update them periodically on the decisions of the TDP but also the future programmes of the party. For each Assembly segment, 2,500 to 3,000 such executives are being appointed. Of them, 50 percent will be women.
Party sources said that the executive will visit people to get firsthand information about their problems. They will also gather information about the policies, which they deem anti-people, and formulate strategies to take on the government.
Once the TDP comes back to power, these executives will help the government to take the initiatives for the progress of the families in their jurisdiction. All the section in-charges will be called Family Empowerment Executives and they will also make necessary appointments wherever needed.
Family Empowerment wing will be set up in every assembly segment. One cluster incharge has been appointed for every 25,000 voters. One unit incharge has been appointed for every 5,000 voters. One Family Empowerment Executive is now being appointed for every 30 families, the party sources said.
