Telangana: TPCC president Revanth Reddy said the Hath Se Hath Jodo Yatra would start on February 6th in Telangana. The padayatra will likely begin from Bhadrachalam, Mahbubnagar, or Adilabad and will last for 60 days. It was supposed to coincide with Rahul Gandhi's 3500-kilometre walk from Kanyakumari to Kashmir over 150 days. The goal of the Jodo Yatra is to show the truth about BJP conspiracies and get the message to every Indian.
The TPCC president remarked,"We wanted to start the yatra in Telangana on January 26th once Rahul Gandhi and the yatra ends in Kashmir. But citing security reasons, the BJP conspires to prevent Rahul Gandhi from hoisting the national flag in Kashmir on January 26.
However, Rahul has decided to hoist the flag in Kashmir at any cost. Therefore, the flag will be hoisted on January 30th. All the important leaders of Telangana, including the TPCC and CLP, will attend the valedictory meeting of this program. After that, there will be the Union budget on February 1st, the Assembly sessions on February 3rd and the state budget on February 5.
Revanth Reddy continued, "We voted to have Sonia Gandhi or Priyanka Gandhi be the chief guest at the Haath Se Haath Jodo programme on February 6th. During the programme, AICC Program Implementation Committee Chairman Maheshwar Reddy and Sampath Kumar will distribute Hath Se Hath Jodo Yatra stickers, copies of a letter from Rahul Gandhi, and a chargesheet on Modi and KCR's failures. On January 26, the national and party flags will be unveiled in all villages, mandals, and district headquarters across the state, marking the formal launch of the yatra.
The TPCC will appoint coordinators to ensure the event progresses seamlessly. Furthermore, the party mandates all members to attend the yatra and will take action against absentees. It also expects all members to perform their duties responsibly. The TPCC announced that it would punish members who might speak negatively about Congress during the march. The new DCCs will take charge by February 6th.
Dalitha Girijana Atmagaurava Dandora meeting in Nagar Kurnool
During the meeting, Revant Reddy criticised KCR for breaking his promise to build the Markandeya project in Bijinepalli, Nagar Kurnool district. In the meeting, he discussed how BRS leaders examining the project were attacked. He pointed out how SC and ST atrocity cases were filed against the victims and not against the perpetrators.
The leader of the TPCC was upset that a false case had been made against Nagam Janardhan Reddy because he was accused of humiliating a woman sarpanch. It happened even though the female sarpanch stated to the DIG that Nagam Janardhan Reddy caused her no harm. Despite TPCC senior leaders having approached the DGP on this matter, the government is yet to rectify their mistake.
Revanth Reddy concluded, "We are holding a Dalitha Girijana Atmagaurava Sabha tomorrow in Nagar Kurnool to open the government eyes. All key leaders and the person in charge, Manik Rao Thackeray, will attend this meeting tommorrow".
