Hyderabad: It was nothing less than a festival at Telangana Bhavan on Monday. The party office and its surrounding turned pink with drums being played and people dancing to teen maar.

Many BRS party members celebrated their favourite politician getting the party ticket with flowers and music. Telangana Bhavan became a place for happiness, disappointment and competition for the chief minister and leader of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi, K Chandrashekar Rao revealed the list of candidates for the upcoming State Assembly elections.

Rao will be participating in the elections from Kamareddy and Gajwel constituencies. Meanwhile, the State’s IT minister, Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao, will be contesting from the Sircilla constituency.

On Monday, Rao declared that the party’s manifesto would be made public on October 16. He said, “We will unveil our party’s manifesto in Warangal on October 16. Anyone found engaging in activities against the party will be removed.”

The finance minister, T Harish Rao, will vie for the Siddipet constituency, while the education minister, Patlolla Sabitha Indra Reddy, will be in the running for the Maheshwaram constituency. Candidates have not yet been announced for constituencies such as Narsapur, Jangaon, Goshamahal, and Nampally.

As KCR unveiled the list, celebrations erupted at the party office, accompanied by vibrant crackers and spirited cheers. The celebrations kicked into high gear with a lot of energy and excitement, creating a lively and spirited atmosphere. It was a ‘Dhoom Dham’ affair filled with enthusiasm and joy. Party candidates happily lifted the chosen leaders in joy. Everyone was excited and are looking forward to the upcoming state Assembly elections.
