"On November 3, the people of Munugode chose development and self-respect. They have chosen KCR's leadership and voted for the TRS candidate Kusukuntla Prabhakar Reddy. I thank people, the cadres, leaders, and the elected representatives of TRS for helping us in the election," KTR said.
He thanked the leaders, party cadre, district coordinators of CPI, and CPM for helping them on the ground.

With his win, the TRS party has all 12 constituencies of the Nalgonda region in its kitty.

KTR accused BJP of falling to new lows in this poll. "BJP has left no stone unturned to manipulate these elections. From sending hundreds of crores of money to trying to destabilize the state government, they have fallen to new low," he said.
Asked about BRS, the minister said the election commission has yet to recognize their new party's name.
By the end of all rounds, TRS secured 97006, BJP- 86697, Congress- 23906, and BSP- 4146.
