`Political tourist’: KTR’s jibe at Priyanka Gandhi; demands Congress’ apology
KTR said that the people of Telangana are wise and will secure their future by electing KCR, who achieved the formation of the State

He termed her a "political tourist" and demanded an apology from her for Congress' delay in the formation of Telangana which resulted in the loss of hundreds of lives during the statehood movement.
KTR accused Congress of exploiting youth and employment issues for their politics and asserted that the country would not have experienced an unemployment crisis if the parties worked like BRS. He cited the example of the Telangana government which provided employment to 2.2 lakh youth in the government and 22 lakh youth in the private sector.
In response to Priyanka Gandhi's upcoming visit to Telangana, KTR suggested that she turn her political tour into an educational tour and witness the growth of Telangana. He highlighted the failures during Congress rule and suggested that she learn from the inclusive and holistic developmental activities and policies of Telangana and implement them in Congress-ruled states.
In addition, KTR said that the people of Telangana are wise and will secure their future by electing KCR, who achieved the formation of the State, and that the political tourist Priyanka Gandhi will realize this while on the tour.
