"Is Ongole mini-stadium YSRCP's ancestral property?"
TDP in a statement said that the party leaders resented the government's attitude in rejecting the permission for Ongole mini stadium to conduct Mahanadu. As a result, the party has shifted the Mahanadu venue to the Throvagunta area in Manduvari Palem revenue village limits. The new venue is located nearer to Ongole town.
The TDP leaders slammed the government for not giving permission though the party had paid the required fee for Ongole stadium. They asked whether the mini-stadium was the ancestral property of the ruling YSRCP leaders. The Telugu Desam leaders had tried to get the Ongole mini stadium as there was a likelihood of rains during the Mahanadu days. TDP alleged that the government had deliberately delayed its decision and finally rejected permission.
The TDP's Mahanadu conclave is scheduled to be held in Ongole in the Prakasam district on May 27 and 28.
