"I did not just take the party membership, it's a 15-meter rope. With this rope, KCR, KTR, Kavitha, Harish Rao will be tied to the pillar of Telangana martyrs. The parents of the martyrs will be called and they will be whipped. KCR is the most corrupt in the world," said Teenmaar Mallanna.
Stating that 38 cases were filed against him, he questioned what these cases had achieved. He said the police and the judges were upset with his arrest. All activists in the state are uniting, he said and added that he would go to the people and fight KCR.
Welcoming Mr. Naveen into the party, Tarun Chugh said that like the BJP he has also spoken against KCR's exploitation and family rule. "He (Mallanna) had contested as an Independent in the MLC elections and though he lost he came second. While the BJP leaders are raising public issues, the ruling party is launching attacks and filing cases. The Telangana government is robbing the people," Mr. Chugh added.
