Rakul Preet's love tracks with older men

Actress Rakul Preet Singh has always turned heads, not only with her acting but also her looks. Having carved her name in Telugu cinema, she has now garnered a huge fan-base with her spectacular performance in the Hindi movie ‘De De Pyaar De’ which have Ajay Devgn and Tabu in the lead roles.
Always in the spotlight, this time the beauty has drawn attention for acting opposite the 59-year-old Akkineni Nagarjuna in the romantic entertainer ‘Manmadhudu2’ and 50-year-old Ajay Devgn in ‘De De Pyaar De.’

The actor who has been promoting ‘Manmadhudu2’ interacted with the media. On why she signed the dotted lines for ‘Manmadhudu2,’ Rakul Preet says, “I loved the role in the movie and instantly fell for it.” In the movie the actor plays the role of Avantika, a young lady, who falls for an older man. While in ‘Manmadhudu2’ the actor has been paired opposite Nagarjuna in ‘De De Pyaar De’ she has been paired with Ajay Devgn both the actors in their 50’s. But besides the age of the actors, both the movies had her playing similar roles.

Laughing off questions on why she was keen to act opposite heroes double her age the actor says, “The storyline of ‘Manmadhudu2’ required a woman who is almost 25 years younger than the hero. I fell for the role which was narrated by Rahul Ravindran and believe in his storytelling.”

‘Manmadhudu2’ is set for its huge release tomorrow. Nagarjuna and Rakul Preet are the lead actors, while Vennela Kishore, Jhansi, Lakshmi, and others play important roles in this movie.
