7 new Omicron cases in Andhra Pradesh; total tally reaches 24

Out of the seven cases, 2 are from Oman, 2 are from UAE, 1 from South Sudan, 1 from USA and 1 from Goa

On January 4, Andhra Pradesh reported seven new cases of Omicron. With this, the total tally of Omicron cases in the state has risen to 24 cases.

Out of the seven new cases, two are from Oman, two are from UAE, one from South Sudan, one from USA, and one from Goa.

Out of the seven infected people, two are females and five are males.

In the seven people, three belonged to Krishna district, two belonged to East Godavari, and two belonged to West Godavari districts.
