'Bharat Jodo Yatra': Congress leader Rahul Gandhi enters Andhra

In Andhra Pradesh, Bharat Jodi Yatra will continue till October 21 covering about 100 km in four Assembly segments — Aluru, Adoni, Yemmiganur, and Mantralayam -- in the Kurnool district.

Andhra Pradesh: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's 'Bharat Jodo Yatra' entered Andhra Pradesh on Tuesday. State Congress president Sake Sailajanath and other senior leaders received Rahul at Halaharvi on the Andhra-Karnataka border.

Rahul is expected to be in Andhra Pradesh for four days. He will take his first break at Hathi Belgal.

Rahul Gandhi would address a meeting at MPP School at Manekurthi village and reach his tent at Chagi village on the way to Adoni for a night halt. A public meeting is scheduled on Wednesday at Adoni.

In Andhra Pradesh, Bharat Jodi Yatra will continue till October 21 covering about 100 km in four Assembly segments — Aluru, Adoni, Yemmiganur, and Mantralayam -- in the Kurnool district.

He will be covering Kuruvalli Bulebeedu, Dhanapuram, Adoni, Yemmiganur, Mantralayam, and Madhavaram villages. He will cross the Tungabhadra bridge near Mantralayam.

Rahul Gandhi, who started the Bharat Jodo Yatra on September 7, covered villages in the Anantapuram district bordering Karnataka on October 14. On 21 October, he will re-enter Karnataka en route to Telangana.
