Fortified Rice to Ragi Malt: Jagan calls for revamping diet plan in schools
During the review meeting on School Education, Chief Minister directed officials to provide training to teachers on using modern digital screens.

"Only fortified rice should be supplied to all schools and anganwadis. Students should be given jaggery-made Ragi Malt thrice weekly from Feb 1 in addition to the food as iron and calcium supplements", he mentioned. Jagan steps should be taken to provide good quality IF (Interactive Flat) Display Panels to schools for the next academic year. He also called for constant monitoring of the tabs used by the students.

Reviewing the second phase of Nadu -Nedu, CM asked the officials to make use of the SMF and TMF funds to carry out repairs wherever necessary.
Jagan also directed officials to replace tabs if there are any maintenance problems. "There should also be enough subject teachers in all schools. Head Masters and MEOs should monitor the way students are learning various subjects," he said.
