Jana Sena formation day: Permission granted for March 14 public meeting

Amaravati: The stage is set for a public meeting to mark Jana Sena formation day at Ippatam village in Mangalagiri assembly constituency on March 14. On March 9, Vijayawada city police granted permission for holding a rally between 1 pm and 9 pm.

Police have directed the party leaders to maintain Covid-19 SOPs at the venue. A total of 12 committees were formed to hold the meeting successfully. Jana Sena Political Affairs Committee chairman Nadendla Manohar said the meeting venue will be named 'Damodaram Sanjivayya Chaitanya Vedika', in memory of the former chief minister who was known for his integrity and honesty.

The meeting will be attended by the district and Mandal leaders, farmers of Ippatam villages. "People are waiting for the rule of Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan. Despite many hurdles, we will make the meeting success", he said.
