The public event was also attended by Ex-Union Minister Prakash Javadekar and BJP MP D Purandareswari.
Veeraju criticized the Andhra Pradesh government for selling poor-quality liquor and fake brands at high rates. He alleged that there are some of the ruling party members running their own liquor companies, supplying cheap liquor in the state.
According to the BJP state president, every person is spending Rs 1200 per month on liquor. He said it is public money that people receive through different government schemes.
Wah…what a scheme! What a shame 😝 AP BJP stoops to a new lowNational policy of BJP to supply cheap liquor at ₹50 or is this bumper offer only for states where the desperation is "high"? https://t.co/SOBiRq5gNu
