Amaravati: After a video of Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan sitting on top of a car while on his way to Guntur went viral, his fans praised his heroic stunt while several have criticised the actor-politician. A case has also been booked against Pawan Kalyan at the Tadepalli police station for dangerous driving.

The actor-turned-politician started from his party office in Mangalagiri to Ippatam by car to speak to the villages whose houses were demolished for the widening of roads. While the police stopped him, Pawan Kalyan walked for a few kilometers and later was seen cruising through the streets of Guntur sitting on top of the car.

In the video, Pawan Kalyan can be seen sitting atop the car while his security guards are hanging from the sides of the vehicle. His followers can be seen following his car on motorbikes and cars.
