TDP Twitter handle hacked; Nara Lokesh blames nefarious elements

TDP's Twitter handle was mysteriously hacked a day after its leader Nara Lokesh denied the allegations of using Pegasus spyware.

For five hours, random things were posted on the Twitter handle. "Kindly note that our official party account @jaitdp has been hacked by nefarious elements. We are working with @TwitterIndia to restore the account," Nara tweeted.

Soon after his tweet, many followers posted satirical comments related to Pegasus spyware. It may be recalled that West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee made a controversial statement that former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu had purchased the Pegasus spyware during his tenure. However, the TDP has denied her allegations
