Tirumala: Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) has launched a new initiative that allows devotees to provide feedback through a WhatsApp-integrated system conveniently.
Strategically placed QR codes at key locations across Tirumala and Tirupati enable pilgrims to access this system easily. By simply scanning a QR code, visitors are redirected to a user-friendly WhatsApp interface designed to collect their feedback.
This initiative is part of a broader effort by the TTD to enhance pilgrim services under the leadership of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, whose government came to power about ten months ago. The move aligns with the Chief Minister's vision to streamline and modernize services for devotees.
How It Works:
Devotees scan the QR code displayed at various points.
They are taken to a WhatsApp interface where they can:
Enter their name.
Select a service category such as Anna Prasadam, Cleanliness, Kalyan Katta, Laddu Prasadam, Luggage, Rooms, Q-Line, or Overall Experience.
Choose their feedback format: a text message or a short video.
Rate the service as āGood,ā āAverage/Could Be Better,ā or āNot Good.ā
Provide optional comments (up to 600 characters) or upload a video as supporting evidence.
All feedback submitted is reviewed by the TTD management, which will take appropriate actions to resolve issues and improve services based on the responses received.
