TTD resumes issuing Srivani tickets for VIP darshan

Tirumala: Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) has resumed issuing Srivani tickets in offline mode. The VIP darshan tickets will be available at the JEO office in Tirumala from February 23.

The ceiling limit for Srivani tickets is 150 per day till February 28. So far 750 tickets have been issued in February.

According to the TTD officials, from March onwards, out of 1000 Srivani tickets, 500 will be made available online, 400 at Gokulam Rest House in Tirumala, and 100 at the Airport.

"Tickets will be allocated to the devotees in person only to avoid any misappropriation," said a TTD official.

The VIP darshan system was launched three years ago and has got a good response. Srivani trust is a part of TTD. Srivani ticket holders can donate to TTD trust. Since its launch, the trust received Rs 650 crore in the form of donations
