UAE Ambassador calls on Jagan; desires to invest in food processing, tourism

Amaravati: United Arab Emirates (UAE) Ambassador to India Abdul Nasser Al Shaali called on Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at his camp office on Monday.

On the occasion, he discussed the possibilities of investment opportunities in Andhra Pradesh.

The Chief Minister said that they are ready to provide any kind of assistance and cooperation, and explained the transparent policies being followed by the State.

He also said that well-trained human resources and infrastructure are available in the State. The UAE ambassador showed interest in various sectors like food parks, food processing units, tourism, hospitality, green hydrogen, ports, petrochemical complexes, and infrastructure development. He said they consider AP as a lead state for investment.

They also discussed the steps to be taken on behalf of the government on the issues already discussed in the investment conference.
