'RealSoles from RealSouls': RealPage sets Guinness Records, distributes 30,107 pairs of shoes among TS students

Hyderabad: RealPage, a leading software and data analytics provider, set a new Guinness World Record on Children's day by lining up 60,000 shoes on a 6.188 km stretch.

The company distributed 30,107 pairs among Telangana government primary schools. The real estate industry on Sunday announced the launch of its new social impact initiative, 'RealSoles from RealSouls'.

The initiative set a new Guinness World Records title by lining up the 60,000 shoes. Around 30,107 pairs of shoes were distributed among students of Telangana government primary schools.

A total of seven government schools took part in the event held at Gachibowli Stadium here on Sunday. The shoes were distributed among the children of 100 government schools across Hyderabad.

Speaking on the occasion, Sandeep Sharma, SVP & Managing Director, RealPage India said, "This is much more than just setting a record. Beyond the record attempt, every RealPager wanted to see the smiles on the faces of those underprivileged children when they got their new pair of shoes as part of the initiative. and today we did it. This Guinness World Records title makes our 2021 even greater and RealPage India wishes the best for our beneficiaries. "

Swapnil Dangarikar, Official Adjudicator at Guinness said, "The attempt for the longest line of shoes was last done in 2011 in The United States of America, which was 24,962. Nobody has attempted to break this record for the longest time. RealPage broke the record today with 30,107 pairs lined up on 6.188 km. I flew down all the way to witness this and I've seen the entire line and the way it was arranged and all I can say is RealPage is Officially Amazing."
