Hyderabad: The South Central Railways (SCR) has warned aspirants against fraudsters who can deceive them by promising them jobs in the Railways. It reiterated that jobs in Railways are offered only to those who pass the exams conducted by RRB and RRC after issuing well-publicised notifications.
"All relevant information is available on RRB/RRC/SCR websites which may be accessed from time to time for genuine information," the SCR said in an advisory. It also made clear that there is no role of any middlemen in recruitment.
"There is no such direct entry or shortcut for getting any Railway job. The general public is hereby warned not to fall prey and believe in such malpractices," it stated.
Arun Kumar Jain, the general manager (in-charge) of SCR, said all appointments in Railways are done in a transparent manner through examinations conducted by RRB and RRC only. He asked job aspirants to be aware of any fraudsters or those who could be impersonating Railway officials, making promises of getting them jobs.
